Solange Attacks Jay-Z: Why We're Obsessed

I love me some Beyoncé!! She's my sister, don't we look alike?! I never knew how much I really stan for her until the first time I caught myself taking up for her when someone was talking bad about her. I have to catch myself like chill you don't really know her lol But I do know that I admire her. And I can’t wait for the On the Run tour to make its stop in Philly on July 5^th!

Beyoncé has done her best keeping her personal life private. Remember this year when she dropped her album with no promo, no leaks and it went platinum! All we can do is respect her for it. She's beautiful, a hard-worker, amazing performer, wife, mother and the list goes on. What we know about her is what she wants us to know. When I see pictures of her, Jay and Blue together, I say I want that. No I don't know what's going on in the inside, but on the outside they appear like two love birds, that work hard and smart, and make millions so their daughter and their daughter's daughter won't have to worry about anything.

So when the video of Beyoncé's younger sister Solange attacking Jay-Z emerged it shocked the world. Within a matter of minutes everyone had seen or heard about that video which was released by TMZ. The incident took place a week ago at a Met Gala after party at the Standard Hotel. My sister texted me, I watched it and I couldn't believe what took place for 3:32 in that elevator. I logged on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and that's all everyone was writing about. We can all agree those memes were hilarious.

However, the bigger question is why was everyone so into what happened? One because we're nosey and we love drama. But mainly we can't believe it happened. Beyoncé and her family are so private. So the thought of it being trouble in paradise is so hard to believe. No one knows why Solange attacked Jay-Z or why Bey chose to not get involved. But based on someone like me who loves their older sister dearly, my guess is Jay-Z did or said something to Beyoncé. Or some beef between Jay and Solange had been brewing and with some liquid courage Solange went OFF. Whatever it was in my opinion, Bey would have defended her husband or intervened if Solange was wrong. But based on true Knowles-Carter fashion we may never know what happened; unless some more evidence comes forward. In the meantime all we can do is hope this On the Run tour is still going on or the fans will be more than upset.
