Mr. Shad Moss sure isn’t Lil' Bow Wow anymore . I remember when he first came on the scene back in the year 2000 with his first single “Bounce with Me” with Xscape … back when he had his long cornrows, beads, and little voice. Since then, he has switched record labels, dropped the “Lil” from his name, starred in quite a few movies, released albums, became a father to his baby girl Shai, and became the host of BET’s 106 & Park show.


Bow Wow has released a new song this week called “Ain’t Good for Me,” where he discusses how he knows some things in his life aren’t good for him, but it’s the life he lives and he can't run from it. Give it a listen … tell us what you think about this new track.

Not only is Bow Wow making his way back to the music game, but so is Day 26! Making the Band 4, Season 1 was by far one of my favorite seasons from the popular MTV Show. In 2007, I always had their self-titled album playing in heavy rotation. “Since You Been Gone,” “Co-star,” and “What it Feels Like,” were some of my favorite songs. Since 2009, the group released member Qwanell Mosley from the group and in 2012, the group announced via social media that the group was breaking up and planned to continue with solo careers. However, we were in for a treat when in 2013, the group announced that they would soon be reuniting (wikipedia.org).  Last month they released their newest single, “Bullsh*t” off their new EP entitled “The Return” which is scheduled to release on June 26th, 2014.  Check it out for yourself, these guys still have it and I’m looking forward to listening to the album as well!
