Here is a tasty cool snack for the summer that is healthy, fun, and easy to make for kids and adults. A lot of frozen treats are full of sugar and other ingredients that are not good for us. This simple snack can be made with a variety of fruit and natural products right from home. It's cheap, simple, and you know know exactly what's in it. This recipe can make about 20 creamsicles, if you don't need that many, drink the remainder as a smoothie. ENJOY!!!
3/4 CUPS OF ORANGE JUICE, 1/2 CUP OF SLICED STRAWBERRIES, 1 CUP OF VANILLA ALMOND MILK 1 MANGO (DICED), 2 KIWIS (SLICED), 3 BANANAS, POPSICLE TRAY (FAMILY DOLLAR $1), BLENDER

ADD ALL INGREDIENTS TO BLENDER EXCEPT STRAWBERRIES AND KIWIS.
BLEND FOR 30-60 SECS OR UNTIL MIXTURE IS SMOOTH
ADD 1-2 SLICES OF STRAWBERRIES AND KIWIS TO THE SIDES OF EACH INDIVIDUAL POPSICLE
ADD SMOOTHIE TO POPSICLE TRAY...
FREEZE FOR 4 OR MORE HOURS.
TO REMOVE POPSICLE FROM TRAY, PLACE TRAY IN WARM WATER AND GENTLY PULL OUT POPSICLE...
(I already started to eat one! LOL)
