Promising Paychecks in 2015

Finally the United States sees improvement in the job market. In recent years, we saw increases in specific regions; however joblessness is finally trending downward on a national scale. This November has marked what appears to be the start of a bright future, with wage increases and what Bloomberg describes to be “the biggest hiring surge in almost three years.” These economic improvements are not limited to any particular industry. Hiring has spiked in factories, offices, retailers, etc.

November stats reported that the average hourly rate of all workers rose 2.1 % in the last 12 months and that the underemployment rate declined to 11.4% (the lowest it has been since 2008). Because of positive changes like these, Victoria Stilwell of Bloomberg predicts that 2015 will be a promising year!
