Butt [Injections] Why??

butt1butt2Black market butt injections are synthetic products drawn up in a syringe and injected into the buttocks to make them “bigger”. People, mostly women, seek these injections sometimes not even knowing what they are being injected with. Some forms of injections include fat, hydrogel, PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate), silicone and other black market products. Most of the “practitioners” are not licensed and can care less about the risks associated with butt injections. The risks include, but are not limited to, blood clots, kidney failure, nerve damage, respiratory issues, scarring, inflammation, infection, allergic reactions, buttock asymmetry, limb amputation, and/or death.

butt3People don’t know the serious risks of these injections. A quick fix to having a bigger butt can cost you your life. When the injection enters the buttocks, it goes everywhere in the buttocks without a definitive location. This sometimes causes the asymmetry of the buttocks. Furthermore, the product needs to leave the body in some way. Where may you ask? They leave through our bodies’ filters, the kidneys, which could possibly cause kidney damage. People with kidney damage/failure need the body to continue to filter so a machine filters out their body’s waste for them. This machine is housed in a Dialysis Unit, where the patient will have to attend 2-3 days a week. Also, a lot of these products are not FDA approved for buttock injections. Some of these injections can be purchased at Home Depot or Lowes. It is real people. Like really, would you ingest silicone or hydrogel? Would you buy these products, draw them in a syringe and inject it into your buttocks? Most of you will answer no.

People die or come near death from these injections even if performed in a clinic or the back of a van. People think that having a bigger butt will “open doors” or grab attention, which may be true in some cases, but is it worth losing your limbs, almost dying, or death itself? Most of you, again, will answer no. Ms. Apryl Michelle Brown is a survivor of one butt injection gone horribly wrong. She was featured on The Drs television show. She was teased about not having a big butt and was desperate to get one. This desperation almost killed her and did cost her to lose her limbs.

For those not happy with their butt shape, there are better options. Try butt pads (article of clothing with padding worn under clothes for the illusion of a bigger butt) they are available in stores such as Joyce Leslie and lovemybubbles.com. Surgical butt augmentations are legal and safer than the black market injections. The surgery is basically a fat transfer (fat graph), commonly from the hips and abdomen, and injected into the buttocks increasing the volume and shape of the patient’s butt. So the patient would ultimately have a flatter abdomen and a more protruding back side. Here’s a link to a practitioner near Philly for more info on the surgery.

People there are safer ways to develop a bigger butt. I know the black market is very creative and more cost efficient when it comes to producing a bigger butt but is more dangerous and life threatening. First and foremost, before thinking about injecting your butt, inject yourself with some confidence. You will always be the best you than a fake someone else. A lot of people are into the quickest fix possible, which is not majority of the time, the best fix. Try to develop a butt naturally. It will shape symmetrically and run close to no risks at all. The buttock is made up of three muscles: gluteus minimus, gluteus medius, and gluteus maximus. You have to work out all the parts in order to receive the best results. Check out these exercises to help get the butt you want and deserve. Also, the Brazilian butt lift exercise is becoming popular, it’s on cable and here’s the link, as well.
